CIA versus Inteelligence

As a Former Senior NCO in the Combat Infantry I found outside intelligence to be to old for the order of batlte, that's the hear and now of combat, and that they had their own personal agenda.
For example the drugs for funds program in Viet Nam, They, along with Air America brought drugs from the Golden Triangle to South Viet Nam to support their private agenda.
For example the Phoenix Progarm, where they targeted Veit Nam civilians for assasination by hired gunmen, or military personell.
They have to develoe their own funds to probagate illegal operations all over the world.
The military must fight under the rules of engagement and the laws of land warfare. Which for everyones information doesn't mean the Geneva convention, that's a serperate matter.
Their recent grand intelligence gathering was to feed the NSA and the CinC terrible data that started another anti-war, anti-military situation in this country that underminds the men and women who have to depend on our gooodwill for a sence of correctness.
They are overated, overpaid and the military has in house Special Op's that can perform the black op's far more professionally.
If the CIA want's to provide battle intelligence let's make them participate in the battle.

The CIA i am sure wasn't trafficking drugs so it could put money in to operatives bank accounts as i am sure that it was being told what to do by some one and i would like to guess who as with out evidence it is slander and slander against high ranking official's is illegal even if it is a conspiracy theory or an opinion.But it is fine to guess as long as you keep it to your self and never mention it unless with friends.In England we had the "arms to Iraq" scandal which involved an enquiry in to why the Iraq's seemed to posses weapons that could of only of come from England.And of course there is a joke about that which goes...How do we know what weapons the Iraq's have?Because we have the receipt's for them.

But i will end my post by saying that corruption has existed since ancient Roman times and is unfortunately a disease of society.

And there was one other thing that i should mention.

Men that carry out Covert operations are highly skilled and trained so that the missions are a success but i do some times wonder if these men can be tempted by money but i am sure a lot of them are not.But for example,it is claimed that the CIA has trained terrorist before so who are the men who trained them are where do their loyalties lie.And if this is possible then it is all so possible that the terrorist's know how counter terrorist team's operate which is a high breach of national security so i think that these claims should be researched and intelligence gather to find out exactly who these men are and that they are stopped one way or another.
